These last days!! ;-)

The UN Building by night!!!

Party full of UN interns... but I felt not ME... so when I have the occasion to be crazy... i jump on the occasion!!!

 

Today, the 20 th of October… I wake up in a nice mood by seeing this nice blue sky. That was the sign for a good and productive day. It is amazing how the weather can influence our mood! A nice ‘Tiken Jah Fakoly’ music comes from my ipod on my way to work while I am reading “Obama – From Promise to Power” from David Mendell. Yeah, as you can see I fall into the political life of the US. Let’s go to work and tackle this report for my university.

After the last two weeks full of reflections on the UN in general, on my work, on all these briefings that I attend, on my future… I decided to focus and prioritise on my report for my university as it involves my Master.

I have to say that I had a perfect WE… with a nice discussions and nice musical time. We organise a gathering at home Saturday night, I want to call it “The Guitaristic Eve”! Even if it is not perfect English, I am sure you understand. Here are some pictures, check out…

 

Even Emily plays in the new manner of playing guitar. A revolution apparently!! And it’s true it’s impressive, nice to see and nice to hear!

 

Last week… aaaaah, it was nice I went to a Ice Hockey match: Rangers (from NY) vs Buffalos. A show as American knows how to do!

And it is funny because, in itself they motivate their team… but the highest part is when 2 players launch they gloves on the floor and begin to fight. The crowd is more than exited. Apparently it is part of the game… part of the game as Americans love it. Because in Europe it is not like that, the referee stopped the players… but here, they look at them and let them fight. ;-)

Beer and hot dog are part of the game!!!

 

With the Journalists, we went last week to visit CBS, Fox News… here are some pictures!! Ahahah, we assisted to the lunch-time news. Ahahaha, it was funny, to be behind the camera, seeing them joking while other documentaries where running on air.
